Services
Every small business and NGO goes through similar stages of development — or an arc — consisting of startup excitement and growth, eventually hitting a plateau where the organization either declines or reinvents itself.
I work with you at each of these stages and, in particular, focus on helping organizations stay relevant to their market, public, and audience.
Organizational Development Stages
I enjoy working with nonprofit boards and small business entrepreneurs on strategic plans and business plans to guide their respective enterprises. In particular, I have worked with land trusts across the country on diversifying their revenue, board development, succession planning, and policy development. I provide training to staff and boards on strategic planning, how to access existing sources of public and private finance, and setting organizational priorities.
